I offer physical, emotional, and practical support that begins during pregnancy and continues through the first 6 weeks after birth. During our time together, my focus is to hold space for your transition into parenthood, ensuring you feel nurtured and heard.

I offer a private, 3-hour birth course. This takes place in your home. During this session, we will discuss the phases of labor and physiological birth as well as how partners can support. This course is recommended between 28-35 week of pregnancy. For more information, please contact me.
